My Story
After accomplishing my own weight loss goals and falling in love with fitness, I decided I wanted to help others do the same. I got my Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma back in 2018 and since then I have helped numerous clients look and feel their best.
In that time I started working with elite level youth hockey players which got me into the more sports performance side of fitness.
Following a car accident in 2019, I became well versed in injury rehab which then led me to go back to school to get my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biology. I am now a Clinical Exercise Physiologist which has equipped me with the tools to help a variety of individuals beyond what a personal trainer could.
I am also certified with a Sports Nutrition Advisor Masters that allows me to consult with individuals about their diets and give them guidance in how to optimize their eating habits and help improve their relationship with food. I also have a background in psychology and hormones.
Currently, I am working towards my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science Dietetics Specialization. This will greatly improve my ability to help my clients accomplish their goals.

Any small adjustments I request she puts them in for me in a timely manner. She's created custom workouts for me based on my specific goals which is more than I could have hoped for! She checks in with me when new things are added and she's even helped me with some mobility issues with my feet that have plagued me for a long time. She's fantastic!
